Once the arrangement is in place, items are received, catalogued and managed, and you receive written status updates.

Before committing to anything you should have: the full written terms of the arrangement, a complete schedule of fees and costs, the expected timelines, a description of what happens if goods do not sell or lose value, the process for ending the arrangement, and the risk disclosure.
