What does “Leadership Transition Underway” mean?
It means a planned change in the people responsible for running the company is in progress. Day-to-day consignment management, storage, documentation and client support continue as normal throughout the transition.
Does the transition affect my existing arrangement?
No. Existing written agreements remain in force on the same terms. If any term ever needs to change, we will tell you in writing first and you will have the opportunity to review it before anything is amended.
Are my consigned items still managed the same way?
Yes. Intake, cataloguing, storage and reporting procedures are unchanged. Items stay recorded against the agreement they were received under.

Will fees or timelines change?
Any fee or timeline that applies to you is the one set out in your written agreement. We do not change fees or timelines without notifying you in writing in advance.
Does the transition change the risks involved?
The risks of consignment-related arrangements are unchanged: returns are not guaranteed and it is possible to receive less than the amount originally placed. The transition is not a reason to expect a different outcome in either direction.
When will the transition be complete?
The process is being carried out in stages. We publish updates on this page rather than giving a date we cannot commit to, so that what you read here is accurate at the time of reading.

Material updates are sent by email to the address on your record and posted on this page. Please make sure your contact details are current so nothing is missed.
